Ajay Devgan in Comedy Nights with Kapil

Singham of Bollywood Ajay Devgan cancelled promotion of his upcoming Singham Returns at Comedy Nights with Kapil just a day before the shoot. The actor who made the one-liner “Aata majhi satakli” in Singhamget cult status, has very high fever and could not shoot for the comedy show.

Preeti Simoes, Creative Director of Kapil Sharma’s popular TV show, confirmed that Ajay Devgan was suffering from high fever and was unable to shoot. Bollywood stars promoting their movies at Comedy Nights with Kapil has become a ritual because of the growing popularity of the comedy show.

Ajay Devgan was scheduled to shoot with Kapil Sharma to promote Rohit Shetty’s Singham Returns. Doctors suspect that Ajay Devgn might be suffering from malaria.

Ajay Devgan who is married to the leading Bollywood actress Kajol, has acted in more than 90 films and has won and been nominated for several awards. Mr.Devgan who is known for his professionalism, was willing to shoot for Comedy Nights with Kapildespite being ill. Kapil Sharma’s crew asked him to rest and re-scheduled the shoot.

Ajay Devgan has promised Kapil Sharma that he will be back to shoot for Comedy Nights very soon. The actor is wrapping up the final song of Singham Returns. The movie is all set hit the theatres on 15th August. Singham Returns has been shot in Goa, besides Hyderabad and Mumbai. The lead pair in Singham Returns is Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ajay Devgan.

Kuch Toh Hua Hai is the first song revealed from the film Singham Returns and is sung by Ankit Tiwari and Tulsi Kumar. Ankit Tiwari is also the music director and the lyrics have been done by Sandeep Nath and Abhendra Kumar Upadhay.
