Rani Mukerji and Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to appear to the set of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ as part of the promotions of their respective movies “Mardaani” and “Mary Kom“.
The beautiful actress and veteran filmmaker, who collaborated for “Black“, will shoot for different episodes of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’.
This will be Rani and Bhansali’s first appearance on the show, which hosted leading celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
There’s a binding factor between the Rani-starrer “Mardaani” and Bhansali’s co-production “Mary Kom” as both movies are women oriented movies.
Rani plays a rough and tough police officer in “Mardaani”, while in “Mary Kom”, the National Award winning actress Priyanka Chopra will be seen essaying Olympic bronze medallist boxer M.C. Mary Kom.
Kapil Sharma was delighted when the legendary Amitabh Bachchan started a candid conversation with Kapil’s mother who was sitting in the audience during the shooting of Kaun Banega Crorepati 8. Kapil’s mother professed that his father had a good sense of humor which has been inherited in his son.
This was the moment when Kapil got emotional listening about his late father and he recollected the days when he used to watch KBC along with his father. Kapil who was sitting on the hot seat for a dummy round told Bachchan that his father was a big fan of KBC and they both used to watch the show together. His father used to spontaneously answer before Big B used to speak the correct answer.
