King Khan of Bollywood is all set to the small screen as host of 'Got Talent World Stage Live', a first-of-its kind global on-ground extension of 'Got Talent' franchise premiering in India. He unveiled the show which was organised by Colors on Friday night in Mumbai. It will be hosted by Shahrukh Khan at the Andheri Sports Complex on December 6 and will feature performances by local and international artistes. According to the reports of the leading newspaper, SRK said, "Whether it is a five minute act or a film, an actor can bring a smile to anyone's face in seconds. During my appearance on India's Got Talent, I saw great performances. This platform is perfect to explore young talent." International TV personality Simon Cowell, creator of 'Got Talent' and 'The X Factor', may also visit Mumbai for the show, likely to be a first-of-its-kind twist on 'Got Talent'. The King of Bollywood started his career from small screen. He started his career with television shows like 'Fauji' and 'Circus' and from there that he landed a role in his debut film 'Deewana' in which he acted alongside the then top actress Divya Bharti and won Filmfare award for Best Debut Actor Male. He returned to the medium to host the third season of the hugely popular reality game show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' and later he anchored 'Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?' and 'Zor Ka Jhatka'. During his years in the Indian film industry, he won seven Filmfare best actor awards and had tasted box-office success many times. He co-owns two production houses ‘Dreamz Unlimited’ and ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’ and the IPL Cricket team ‘Kolkata Knight Riders’.
