Elli Avram, an ex Bigg Boss contestant got popular as Salman Khan’s favourite contestant in the Bigg Boss house last year. Elli who had her debut with Manish Paul in Mickey Virus last year, finally has got another Bollywood offer.

The model-turned-actress has been roped in by director duo Abbas-Mustan for their upcoming movie which features Kapil Sharma in the lead. The director duo has signed the half Greek-half Swedish Elli as an ‘exotic’ face.

According to the buzz, there are as many as five heroines in the film. Abbas-Mustan are known for their action thrillers. But this one is an out and-out comedy.

It is expected to go on floors in November and likely to be shot abroad.

When contacted, Elli didn’t deny the news but laughingly told Mirror, “At this point, I can’t comment on this.”

When probed about the much-anticipated film with Salman, she said, “I don’t know what’s happening with that one. I met Salman last Saturday after a very long time.”

The reality show that brought her into the limelight flagged off its eighth season yesterday.

Will she be following it? “Right now, I am rehearsing for a show in Bali so I will miss the opening episode.

But I plan to catch it online later. I am eager to know who all are going to be in the House this time around.” Any advice for the contest ants? “Nope, things get really unpredictable inside,” she quips.

Recently, the news came out that Kapil Sharma has been roped to play a lead role in Abbas Mustan’s next. Kapil confirmed the reports and said, “I am doing Abbas Mustan’s movie where I will be romancing four heroines.”

Kapil was to make his Bollywood debut with YRF’s ‘Bank Chor’ but later Riteish Deshmukh has replaced comedian Kapil Sharma in the upcoming comedy.

Kapil Sharma got popular for his show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, had a three-film contract with YRF and was slated to star in ‘Bank-Chor’, but the production house recently announced that he was no longer a part of the movie.

Popular show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ is bi-weekly program on Colors. Kapil Sharma who is also the producer of the show is planning to make the show weekly to concentrate on his film.

As per the reports of leading newsagency, Kapil said, “If I keep the show bi-weekly, I will not be able to do films. I will try to do the show once-a-week so that I can manage my dates with film shoots.”
