Bang Bang

Will this Combo Pack work well for Bang Bang?

A combo pack of sizzling chemistry, daring action and mesmerising locales, ‘Bang Bang’ is leaving its audience awestruck with its remarkable cinematography. Director Siddharth Anad is already high on adrenaline with the movie. ‘Bang Bang’ is an official remake of Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz’s ‘Knight and Day’.In terms of plot the movie out does ‘Kinght and Day’. Cinematography is a major highlight in the movie which is brilliantly handled by Vikas Sivaraman and Sunil Patel.

The film starts with an unassumingly innocent and naive girl Harleen Sahni (Katrina Kaif) who works as a bank receptionist. She is raised by her grandmother. Greatly inspired from her love story, Harleen Sahri is earnestly waiting for her prince charming. She meets Rajveer (Hrithik Roshan) incidentally misinterpreting him as her blind date.  Rajveer Nanda (Hrithik Roshan) is a thief with amazing abilities. Rajveer steals the dazzling Kohinoor diamond from London and goes for a striking deal with Hamid Gul. He gets into major trouble with the goons when he backs off from the deal. He suddently crashes in to one of the happening cities and meets Harleen.  Later, there comes a situation when Harleen starts hating Rajveer, when she gets to know his identity but by then she already falls in love with him. Amidst all this, the villain Omar Zafar (Danny Denzongpa) shows up, who kills the nation loving army officer played by Jimmy Sheirgill, as he doesn’t abide by his terms and conditions. The twists and turns of events lead Harleen to unravel Rajveer’s biggest secret.

The choreography of the ‘Tu Tu Meri’ track as well as ‘Bang Bang’ title song is remarkably outstanding. In this film, its Bosco Martis, Caesar Gonsalves and Ahmed Khan who are given the credits for making Hrithik deliver one of his finest dance performances so far. But it seems that  Sujoy Ghosh and Suresh Nair, who co-wrote the screenplay for Vidya Balan’s ‘Kahaani’, couldn’t do much this time as the reviews of the movie is quite down. One of the leading dailies also claims that Bang Bang is one such film, where the lead actor looks engrossed and too careful about creating a brand image. He believes whatever he is doing is going to be applauded by the audience.

It is too early for any conclusions to make so let us wait for a day more and see how the movie hits the box office.
