Chennai, Oct 26 (IANS) Debutant director Mani Nagaraj, who plans to shoot two songs in Japan from upcoming Tamil film “Pencil”, says the “Land of The Rising Sun” has some unexplored beautiful locations to shoot duets.
“Japan is one of the most beautiful places in Asia. It has some amazingly serene locations best suited for duets. We plan to shoot a duet and a peppy number in Tokyo. I want to show Japan like it’s never been seen before,” Nagaraj told IANS.
“A 25-member team will leave for Japan to shoot these songs, with which we complete the film’s shooting. We are aiming for December release,” he said.
Starring G.V. Prakash and Sri Divya in the lead, “Pencil” is a school-based thriller.
