Playback singer Rahul Nambiar has written, composed, crooned and acted in his latest single titled “Trash”, which has been made into Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
Nambiar has composed, arranged and programmed the music for the song. The song has been done separately in four languages – “Kuppai” (Tamil), “Kachra” (Hindi), “Cheththa” (Telugu) and “Kuppa” (Malayalam),” read a statement.
“The singer has also acted in the video along with actress Suza Kumar. The song features well known musicians – Aalaap Raju (Bass), Keba Jeremiah (Guitar), Vikram (Percussion) and Natarajan (Nadhaswaram). The song was mixed and mastered by Shadab Rayeen,” added the statement.
The song talks about problems in a relationship and how the trash gets accumulated in the hearts of the partners. The song, in a light hearted way, coaxes the listener and viewers to dump the trash out of the system.
While Nambiar has penned the lyrics for the Tamil version of the song with Naveen Madhav, the Telugu version has been written by Ananta Sriram.
Hindi version of the song is penned by Mann Taneja and Sahiljeet Singh, while the Malayalam version has been written by B.K Harinarayanan
The English lines and rap portions in the song are written and sung by Krissy and Lady Kash.
