The eighth season of the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ is all set to take off September 21 with Salman Khan donning the role of the chief flying officer. He will guide 12 travelers on board the flight through, bumps, grinds, spilled drinks and air pockets as the flight proceeds towards its destination.
It is a flight, but without a proper flight plan where the passengers will have to chalk out their own plan of action. The 12 passengers will have to carve their own paths, forge their own connections, accept the quirks of their seat-mates and survive in this airspace. With newsmakers from all walks of life having blocked their seats in this one of a kind aircraft, are you ready to experience their world from different time zones. The travails of the 12 can be watched everyday on Colors from Monday to Sunday.
Salman this time dons the role of flight captain and mid-air narrator – the fifth time that he is doing so in the programme. “Like always we’ll have an incredible range of travelers on board this time. As we fly high, I can only advise the passengers to stay calm and collected as patience, tolerance, tact and trust are the only tools that will control the turbulence. As a captain, I’ll keep a check on the passenger’s safety and well-being week on week to ensure that their journey is smooth yet not so smooth in this whirlwind voyage.”
Returning for the fifth time as the host of Bigg Boss Season 8, to go on air from September 21, Sunday, at 9 pm on Colors, he said, “Hosting this show is interesting because I have to tune into contestants’ emotions and issues inside the house, while I am outside just watching them everyday.”
