“I am very happy. It was a beautiful Arya Samaj ceremony. The vows were explained to us. It was wonderful because it was good to be conscious of what you are going through and what the vows you are exchanging are. It was a dream wedding,” said 32 year old actress Dia post her wedding while posing for the photographs outside the venue.

Dia Mirza was the former Miss Asia Pacific. Ritu Kumar beige and green ensemble (sharara) was her attire while Sahil sported with Raghavendra Rathore design with a off white silk linen brocade ‘achkan’. She chose flowers as the theme for her wedding to filmmaker Sahil Sangha. They were in relationship for the past four years.
“Since, I am not getting married in Hyderabad and being a Hyderabadi I chose this outfit to add some Hyderabadi flavour to my wedding. I feel like a typical Hyderabadi bride,” she said.
Rajkumar Hirani, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi, Sushmita Sen, Roshan Seth, Nikhil Advani, Aditi Rao Hydari, Pallavi Sharda and Cyrus Sahukar were among those who attended the wedding from the industry.
After the lavish weddind Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha hosted a grand reception on October 19. Every bit of Dia was of a newly-wed bride in a peach coloured lehenga. Her attire for the reception was designed by Shantanu & Nikhil.
